After visiting the monastery, we had lunch there. The service, food, and value for money were all excellent. I wish the owner great success in his business.

We've never had a better meal with a fixed menu for €11: braised beef ravioli, chicken bites with mushrooms and baked potatoes, water and coffee. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

I don't understand. The food is good, simple dishes, of course; it's still a trattoria. The service is good, the waitress is very kind. The prices are fair. Yet I read conflicting reviews. Some even border on spiteful. So I wonder how much reviews can influence businesses, and whether they're all honest or whether some are deliberately denigrating to lower the rating and drive away customers. One user wrote that there might be vested interests behind the negative reviews. He also added, "Go and try it." I'm glad I listened, and I'll say it again. Try it.

Excellent value for money and very friendly service

A trattoria serving simple yet refined cuisine, the €11 fixed menu (first course, second course, side dish, water, coffee, and wine not included) is truly excellent. You can choose from five first courses and five second courses. Seating is limited, but the restaurant is clean and welcoming, and the staff are always welcoming. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by.

Old-fashioned trattoria. For €11, Monday to Friday, you get a starter, main course, side dish, water, and coffee... traditional food and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!

Braised beef ravioli, ribs, and verzini with polenta (similar to cassoeula), bread, mineral water, and coffee. All for €11. Plus a quarter of wine (€3.50) and, to help digest, a small glass of Amarum (€4). In an old-fashioned trattoria, not far from the Certosa di San Giovanni. Reservations are essential.
