Pizzeria Caterina In Napoli

Excellent pizza and super friendly and helpful staff/owner

It's the first time we order from this pizzeria. We were satisfied, it was a really great discovery. Really good pizza, saltimbocca too, excellent products, we will definitely order again, congratulations

Ordered for 8:45 PM, but it's still 10:15 PM. Reading other reviews, the pizzeria is known for being late, and they justify themselves by saying the service is free for the customer... Let's just say they do nothing different from other pizzerias in Naples, without blaming anyone for anything. Let's just say that if this has been going on for months, if not years, they should provide their own staff to improve... Finally, one of the two locations is dedicated to takeaway, so if you offer "poor" service, you risk losing some customers.
