Excellent location, in the heart of Naples, very close to the Duomo, the Pio Monte di Pietà, the Gerolimini Church, and many other wonders. A family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere, special thanks to Cira and Vasim for their helpfulness and kindness. Spacious room. Excellent cleaning. Quiet and peaceful despite the super-crowded area.

Good place to spend the night, in the historic center. Spacious room. However, we had a bed and breakfast package, but since we had to leave to catch our flight at 6 a.m., they charged us for two coffees...not a nice touch from the company. The hairdryer blows air but isn't suitable for styling hair. Everything else was fine.

We've seen some very negative reviews, but we didn't have any problems. It was a room with an interior window, a bathroom (the fixtures were a bit high, though), and decent beds. They give you two bottles of water and slippers. In Italy, that's what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was pretty good; we're not too picky. The location was perfect.

04/06/2025: We come here often and the staff is very polite, welcoming and tries to accommodate all the requests of us customers, a lot of patience and we joke with the customers especially with Andrea, very nice and prepared in his work. The food? Really everything is very good, the meat is a delight for the palate super super recommended. Of course compliments to the owner for this place, where everyone feels at home
