Die Pizza war die beste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe. Als ich die Pizza Margarita aß, fühlte ich mich, als wäre ich in den Himmel aufgestiegen. Ich werde beim nächsten Besuch in Südtirol wiederkommen. Pizzaria Sparber ist die Beste!

27/05/2025: We ordered three pizzas to take away. Parking was a bit challenging – we had to park on a side street. The restaurant was very busy and almost full when we arrived. Nevertheless, we received a friendly welcome at the counter and were asked if we had a reservation. We ordered two Margheritas and a salami pizza. After about a 15-minute wait, the pizzas were handed to us. They tasted excellent – ​​crispy, fresh, and very flavorful. We recommend making a reservation in advance if you visit the restaurant. Overall, it was a very good experience – we would be happy to return.
