We went to Nonno Chinò for an informal dinner with friends and we left satisfied! We ordered four different pizzas and a nice portion of arrosticini. The pizzas were well cooked, with a light and digestible dough, generous toppings and good quality ingredients. The arrosticini, tender and tasty, turned out to be a real treat, perfect to accompany with a cold beer. The service was courteous and quite fast, even though the place was quite full. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a rustic touch that makes everything very familiar. The only small point to improve: maybe a little more attention to detail in the table service, but nothing that compromises the overall experience. We will gladly return!

The best pizza in town. I've only ever had arrosticini like this at Vila Celiera (the mother of arrosticini). The prices are very good, good value for money. I recommend the Peperonata Pizza.

24/06/2025: The classic arrosticini were good, the hand-cut ones I didn't like, arrosticini served without bread, beautiful panoramic view but outdoors with insects
20/06/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. Family dinner with reservation. Locare located in a small village on the hill. Free parking in the nearby square. Possibility of eating both outside and inside the restaurant. Arrosticini cooked to perfection both classic and liver, never eaten so good in the area. Upon arrival a popular saying awaits you on the napkin, a very cute idea. We tried the fried cheese, very crunchy, really delicious, compliments because it was not greasy at all. The crunchy red onion really excellent. Very good desserts, I recommend the panna cotta with cooked must and the ratafià liqueur, you can't miss it when you arrive in Abruzzo. Friendly and helpful staff. Next year I will definitely return to try other traditional specialties.

08/07/2025: Local products. Traditional cuisine and lots of care. And what's more traditional than an ancient snow house? A 1000 year old refrigerator 😊. Exceptional.
26/06/2025: It is worth going all the way to Canzano to taste typical local delicacies prepared with top quality products (I tasted and bought an excellent local oil). The kindness of the owners is commendable, they even took us to see their centuries-old snowhouse under the restaurant. Anyone who wants to taste the most authentic typicality of Abruzzo and the Abruzzesi must stop here.
