Pizzeria Braceria la Roscia New In Foggia

28/12/2025: Stunning location, friendly staff and great food. We had the fritto misto little basket and the fried food was spot on, not greasy at all, tasty and delicious. We ordered three pizzas and while my friend was quite disappointed with the tomato sauce, me and my other friend were absolutely delighted by the two white pizzas! I had the Nonna pizza, not the lightest but absolutely delicious. My other friend had the white pizza with buffalo mozzarella, basil and tomatoes and that was also very tasty! Fresh ingredients, polite staff, quick service and lovely atmosphere. I absolutely recommend this place. Able to accommodate big groups as well. We ordered 1 antipasto, 3 medium beers, 3 pizzas and included service charge was less than €50 absolutely perfect!

10/11/2025: The restaurant has a large, beautiful dining room, and a smaller one, if I may say so, carved out of the street outside and closed off. A friend recommended it if we wanted to indulge in the appetizers. We accepted the challenge, and we grabbed the drying rack with cured meats. I must say the cured meats were truly delicious, as were the battered vegetables. I would have used fewer standard fries and opted for baked or fried potatoes, but they weren't homemade. The fried foods were also good, but we didn't finish them; they were too heavy. The bruschetta, the scaglioni, the mozzarella, and the olives were good, but I don't understand the aperitif tarallini... as for the two appetizers on the plates, they weren't excellent. Sorry. I appreciated the limoncello offered at the end of the evening. I think the platter needs to be rethought a bit, and some dishes should be replaced with something more traditional. The quality of the ingredients is good. I recommend it, and I hope to return to try other dishes.
