Pizzeria-Braceria La Baita In Ceglie messapica

Very nice ambiance, BUT: We had to wait at least 15 minutes just to get the menu. Then we waited almost another hour for our food, which was actually okay. The price-performance ratio is quite good. A visit to "La Baita" is definitely more pleasant if you're prepared for the long wait.

Excellent pizzeria and grill. Service isn't fast, but the staff are very friendly! However, I should point out that the menu prices aren't entirely up to date.

A truly delightful evening! Besides the super quiet and refined atmosphere and the friendly and always helpful service, I'd like to express my appreciation for the food. Their pizza in particular, which I'd been wanting to try for a while, pleasantly surprised me; despite being very flavorful (probably due to the guanciale and pepper), it wasn't cloying at all, and the quality of the ingredients played its part. As for the dough, it's not bad; I'd almost call it a hybrid between Neapolitan and Apulian. Definitely worth returning to try their other offerings!
