Well-kept and clean environment, great atmosphere.
The staff were friendly and helpful; we arrived 30 minutes early and they still welcomed us without any problem.
An experience to repeat, and, don't forget, the pizza is truly BuonaBao!

Overall, a positive experience... The pizza dough was a little thicker than usual, with good-quality ingredients... The tomato sauce, unfortunately, was a bit watery, which affected the pizza's success.
The location is truly pleasant, with attention to detail, welcoming, and modern furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere... A major plus is definitely the staff, attentive, helpful, and highly trained.

Very tasty pizza and great value for money! Despite the language barrier, everything went smoothly, and after a short wait, I was able to take our pizzas to the nearby Al Bersaglio parking lot.

Review – Bonabao, L’Officina della Pizza
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I returned to this pizzeria after four years, alone, as a small personal ritual… and it was a revelation.
Here I created my own custom pizza, a mix that, at first glance, might seem risky or unappealing. But I assure you, every ingredient was carefully chosen, the fruit of my most recent experiences.
The porcini mushrooms were available, and I didn't miss them.
As I savored it, still hot, I immediately realized it wasn't just good… it was exquisite. There's that surprising touch of spiciness, but without the use of meat. A combination that, honestly, I've only just now perfected.
A sublime flavor that dances on the palate and leaves its mark.
I almost hate to say it, but yes: it's a small, unexpected masterpiece.
Here's my creation:
🧅 Onion
🍄 Porcini Mushrooms
🍅 Sun-Dried Tomatoes
🔥 'Nduja Sauce (meatless)
🌶️ Lots of spicy olive oil
(And all that's missing are the Mexican beans!)
For the record: after two medium beers, I'm a little tipsy 😜 but more convinced than ever.
Before leaving, I spoke to the pizza chef and suggested the name of this pizza, which (who knows) could be included in the specialty pizza menu:
Bosco Infuocato
Note: recommended only in winter 🥵
I'll be back soon. And this time... maybe I won't be alone anymore.

I highly recommend this pizzeria. The pizza 🍕 Frutti di Mare was generously tossed and tasted excellent. It was a very pleasant evening at the end of our vacation.
