I have rarely found such high levels of friendliness, kindness, professionalism, affordability, and above all, authenticity of the products in one place, not to mention the owners who manage to convey a truly unique sense of home and familiarity. What impressed me: • The Pizza: Extremely light and digestible dough, a honeycomb crust, and top-quality ingredients. You can taste the meticulous research behind every pairing. • The Hospitality: It's rare to find such friendly and smiling staff. Even though the place was packed, the service was fast, and we were treated with old-fashioned kindness. • The Atmosphere: A well-kept and clean environment, perfect for both a quiet dinner and an evening with friends. In short: An absolute guarantee. The quality-price ratio is excellent, but it's the warmth of the owners and the staff that really makes the difference. I will definitely be back very soon! 06/05/2026: My partner and I went to Peperoncino last week with a couple of our friends and I have to say we were amazed by the quality of the dishes... I knew the place as a pizzeria but I was also impressed by it as a restaurant... My partner and I had the scialatielli with cod and cruschi peppers while the other couple had the squid ink risotto, all excellent and plentiful... For the second course I had the tagliata with radicchio and gorgonzola while the others wanted to try the pizza with Neapolitan dough, truly excellent... What can I say? A place recommended to those who want to eat well in a quiet place... The owner Vincenzo is always kind and friendly as is his staff.
03/05/2026: The nearby Certosa doesn't allow you to be meticulous about everything. The menu is very extensive, offering both seafood and meat. It's a shame we ordered cod, but after a while we were told it wasn't available (good manners suggest letting us know in advance if anything isn't available). The dishes are tasty, well-prepared, and made with good-quality ingredients. The service is a sore point; although the waiter is friendly, he can't manage the entire dining room alone: ​​bringing the dishes, clearing the table, accounting, cashing in, and making coffee. The place is a bit dated. Good value for money, coffee on the house.
