Really good pizza, with high quality ingredients, shame about the long wait

The place is beautiful and meticulously crafted; we could say it's a truly beautiful corner of the world. ☺️ The pizzas are delicious; they're not the usual pizzas you find at other pizzerias; these are something else entirely. Excellent quality ingredients, and the dough, made with sourdough, is superb. I highly recommend it; I'll definitely be back. The only difficulty was locating it on the GPS; it's on the left of the Capomulini turnoff.

In a corner of the world, there's a very special pizzeria. Writing this review is complex. But let's get some ideas straight. The signage is poorly visible, so much so that even Google Maps had trouble finding the way, and the lighting is nonexistent, but then I tried to figure out why. It feels like a club, where you can only enter by reservation, complete with an intercom and gate. The menu is very sparse, but above all, it gives the impression that you have to eat whatever they want. Also because at 10:30 PM on a Sunday, having run out of eggplant seems absurd to me; even though they're organic, I don't think they're out of options. If you want a bottle of bottled water, forget it, especially not sparkling—definitely a plastic-free philosophy—but at least serve water that doesn't taste like tap water. And besides having this line, a €3 cover charge for water and potatoes (obviously reheated, they tasted like rubber), which always gives the impression of being unable to decide. The pizzas seem disjointed; that is, the individual products are excellent, but it gives the impression that they fail to connect with each other. There are no pizzas with cured meats. On a positive note, the caprese was really good. Honestly, even though the ingredients were good quality, I wouldn't go back.

Despite the directions on Maps, we (the whole group and multiple devices) couldn't find the pizzeria. There are no signs, markings, or directions to help us find it. There's no parking. You have to leave your car on the street in a dark area that's very dangerous for pedestrians (especially the elderly and children). The food is average, and the selection is very limited. The staff is very attentive and professional. They even charge a cover charge, telling you, "The cover charge includes fries." You can deduce...

A corner of paradise A place with attention to detail, that feels like home, with top-quality pizza dough and ingredients. Welcoming and intimate, everything superb!

It's a very nice restaurant, but it has a drawback. The outdoor courtyard is right off the main road that leads from Capo Mulini to Acireale. You can hear the noise of cars passing by, but the most annoying thing is the stench of exhaust fumes. On the other hand, the dining experience is truly exceptional. I had the pear and walnut pizza, and it was truly wonderful.

I'm giving it four stars, not five, because I think it's a bit too expensive. The pizza is excellent, made with seasonal ingredients, always well-risen, well-cooked, and the right size. Friendly service. The atmosphere is lovely, especially the garden. The cover charge is a bit expensive, but it's justified by the fries brought before dinner.
