19/03/2025: In the heart of the historic center of Viterbo, near the papal palace, a restaurant in my opinion, among the best in Viterbo. Possibility of meat or fish menu, tried both, very high quality! Sublime tartare, the meat was butter, not to mention the fish in a potato crust. The price is absolutely honest, despite a very high level. The service respects the right times, even with the place full there are never delays. A highly recommended place!
