I enjoyed an excellent pizza, well-leavened dough, perfectly cooked, and good ingredients. Crumbly, fragrant, and flavorful. The pizza chef was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful, and professional.

25/08/2025: The restaurant is located in the alleys of central Catania. It's very charming, but I find it a bit pricey, as I think you can also book through The Fork. I don't think that's fair. A plate of pasta alla norma costs €15, while the carbonara can't be served with cream. Service is quick and friendly.

10/08/2025: We wanted to try this pizzeria because we were told they had gluten-free bases, and they did! We called and were told we could have them like any other pizza on the menu. We ordered takeout, and the delivery was super punctual even though it was a Sunday! The gluten-free base was delicious, perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were generous and fresh for every pizza! We're completely satisfied, and will definitely order again!
10/08/2025: Pizzeria with high-quality ingredients, perfect dough, and a variety of flours available. The owners and staff are very friendly. The tables are in a quiet location for enjoying dinner and the evening. Reasonable prices, highly recommended!
