Pizzeria Basta Poco In Latina

Huge pizza and delicious dough. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. We each had a pizza, two 0.33L bottled beers, water, and a limoncello for a total of €22 each.

The place is very well organized, the pizza and their fried food are fantastic and delicious, I recommend it to anyone who has never been there.

Always best to reserve. Good pizza and decent service. The only thing would be to distribute the ingredients more evenly across the entire pizza and use pitted olives (preferably black ones).

The owner and staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and you can tell they're working hard. I ordered a Sottobosco, which was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I highly recommend it ❤️

After last year's misadventure, I'm returning to give this place a second chance. The atmosphere is youthful, very warm inside, and quite crowded. The interior spaces are really small. Excellent pizzas: large, well-topped, and very thin. A few flaws in the bill. The mixed fried food cost €15 seems excessive. The pizza prices are average, and the coupon discount I received was correctly calculated. It's annoying that in 2026 (almost), we still have a service charge. This makes me hesitate to leave a tip. When I paid, I wasn't given a 0.70 cent discount on my change, preferring to give me a handful of change to change the €20. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I hope this "Basta Poco" is the new name for "Sporchi di farina" because my review is about "Sporchi di farina" where I tasted their amazing pizzas in the summer or 2025 while travelling in the area. We even travelled back over 60 km just to eat there once again in this very good pizza place. The venue is large and well furnished and it can guest a lot of people. Even being large it has got a pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly and efficent and the best part are the pizzas. The pizza base can be chosen with spelt flour or regular white wheat flour. They also had a mixed flour (I can't remember the details of that) and I absolutely loved the spelt base! The toppings are fresh and tasty. The pizza are extremely large so to go over a normal plate edges, I think (if I remember well) these pizzas are called "a ruota di carro". Prices are way affordable, I think 6 euros for a basic pizza. I live in London so not so near to Latina :-) but I wish I was living nearer to "Sporchi di farina" so to enjoy again and again their gorgeous pizzas and their lovely setting and staff!

I visited this pizzeria following a mixup with Deliveroo, which wasn't the restaurant's fault but was due to the delivery drivers' difficulty picking up the order. The owner handled the incident with great professionalism, refunding me the €21 I paid the day before and offering me the full meal, worth €28. The quality of the pizza is excellent and shows great care in the ingredients. A rare example of courtesy and professionalism.
