I've been to Pizzeria Basilico and I must say the experience was truly amazing. The pizza is authentic, with a light and digestible dough that reveals all the care and passion put into its preparation. One detail that makes all the difference is the use of a pre-ferment, which gives the base its aroma, structure, and unique flavor. Even though they don't use a wood-fired oven, their Neapolis oven perfectly reproduces the typical Neapolitan high-temperature cooking: a well-developed crust, soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside, just as tradition dictates. Plus, I ordered the pizza to go and I must emphasize the staff's great helpfulness: they were kind and waited for me even after closing time, a gesture that demonstrates professionalism and customer care. My compliments, because here you can sense attention to every step, from the dough rising to the final baking. A pizzeria definitely worth trying and recommending!

The Polish bakery, established since 1921, is simply unmissable. A welcoming and warm place, it's also a popular meeting place for delivery drivers. Convenient parking. A place definitely worth a stop.
