Pizzeria Basilico In Maddaloni

I've been to Pizzeria Basilico and I must say the experience was truly amazing. The pizza is authentic, with a light and digestible dough that reveals all the care and passion put into its preparation. One detail that makes all the difference is the use of a pre-ferment, which gives the base its aroma, structure, and unique flavor. Even though they don't use a wood-fired oven, their Neapolis oven perfectly reproduces the typical Neapolitan high-temperature cooking: a well-developed crust, soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside, just as tradition dictates. Plus, I ordered the pizza to go and I must emphasize the staff's great helpfulness: they were kind and waited for me even after closing time, a gesture that demonstrates professionalism and customer care. My compliments, because here you can sense attention to every step, from the dough rising to the final baking. A pizzeria definitely worth trying and recommending!

The P3 is good, with very friendly and efficient service. There's a small play area for children, which I think could be expanded.

The pizza with its large crust is good. We ordered a Coke, but without saying anything, we were given a Pepsi. The service definitely needs improvement. The place is quiet, and for those with children, there are play rides to keep them entertained.

I had been missing for years and tonight I found speed, excellent service, great pizza and reasonable prices. I will definitely return. Then there is Filippo managing who is A GUARANTEE.

Excellent pizzeria!!! Delicious food with very efficient staff. The dishes arrive immediately. The sanitary hygiene is very clean and there are also children's rides. Highly recommended!!!
