Pizzeria Arcobaleno In Trieste

15/12/2024: I have had pizza many times, mostly takeaway and only once has it happened that it wasn't exactly the best, but the rest of the time always perfect and excellent, cooked in a wood oven. Both the margherita pizza and the more elaborate ones, such as the one with mortadella, pistachio and stracciatella, are excellent. It's worth changing with them and experimenting with their pizzas. It's a pizza that you can eat whole and doesn't stay on your stomach, but it's easily digestible, with some flavors I felt a little thirsty at night but nothing sensational. Prices are normal for the city of Trieste

11/12/2024: When it comes to pizzas, I'm very demanding, so I was a little prejudiced towards this place that I had never heard of. Furthermore, there were very few people, and this made me think that it wasn't very appreciated. However, the (Neapolitan) pizza was very good, well leavened and very digestible. Very good prices. We will come back for sure. The only flaw: parking is a challenge, especially on Sunday evenings. Luckily there is paid parking a little further on. We will definitely be back
