Friendly but slightly overwhelmed. The quality of the food was okay, but not outstanding. For the price, I would have expected more. I waited 15 minutes for my espresso.

I don't understand the negative reviews either. It may not be the best, but the gelato is good, the coffee is good, the service is fast, and the prices are average.

I don't understand the negative reviews I've seen... We ate two dishes of goulash with dumplings there last night, which were very good. The waiter was very nice, and the prices were fair.
We may have waited a little while for our dishes, but nothing major. Relax, you're on vacation.

We had a very good meal; the homemade Schlutzer sausages were excellent. The service was friendly and helpful (for wheelchair users). We ate outside, in the pleasantly quiet upper town.

I absolutely don't understand the bad reviews!!!
We had an excellent meal, the service was very friendly, attentive, and fast! After ordering, it took less than 15 minutes for us to get our food! The food was really good and the portions were very generous!
I definitely recommend it!
