Casamale is a historic pizzeria in the historic district of Somma Vesuviana. The place is very quaint and tastefully decorated, very pleasant and welcoming. The pizzas are all delicious, there's a wide selection, the dough is excellent and easy to digest, and the cooking is perfect. It's the first choice for excellent pizza in the area. Reservations are recommended as it's always crowded, even on weekdays.

We went to this pizzeria on Saturday evening, which we found by chance while searching Google Maps. We discovered it was the first pizzeria to open in the entire town, in 1973.
The atmosphere is rustic (with a Christmassy feel) and homey. The pizzas we ordered were sublime (scarpariello and nerano).
The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and helps you choose. The lady at the cash register is also very friendly, pleasant, and sociable. We will definitely be back!

Excellent pizza in Somma Vesuviana, naturally also available with cod. Personally, I really enjoyed the white pizza with broccoli rabe and cod. I'll definitely be back to try the restaurant. Highly recommended!

I've been going to this pizzeria for at least 30 years and it never disappoints: the pizza is always excellent and wonderful, the products are genuine and the owners are always very kind.
