Pizzeria Altero In Bologna

The pizza is always good, the same as always. The toppings are generously filled. The staff is friendly and attentive. There's no seating, and the space fills up quickly.

Nice local pizza by the slice. It would be good, but they don't heat it often. The owner and staff are quite grumpy.

The employees weren't the kindest I've seen, but the product is perfect, you should try it!!

I was feeling a bit pekkish and not many places were opened. So I decided to drop by for a slice of pizza. I had the sausage pizza. It was basically a much nicer version of pizza hut. I enjoyed it and it was cheap. If you're hungry and craving a snack. Nice spot to come to.

As a student, Altero has always been a pleasant place for a few squares of pizza on the fly with friends or alone. Initially, in the 80s, there was less choice than there is today. A few days ago, I was downtown for work and I went back to try two pizzas with La salsiccia and relive some past emotions. The place seems the same, but the quality of the pizza is a little less. In any case, I found the kindness of the staff again and the place continues to be popular with young people and not-so-young people, like myself. Prices are average and for Bologna, Altero remains a must. My daughter and her friends often go there too. Since 1957, I would say it is a great result for those who conceived and developed it over the years.
