Even though all the ladies who work there are always annoyed by something or other and never friendly, and even though the place is dated and could use a bit of modernization, I often return just for their pizza al taglio recipe, which is really good—very greasy, but good. Vegans and vegetarians, beware: their dough contains lard!

13/12/2025: Rustic place, good and plentiful food. Reasonable prices.
01/11/2025: We've been going there for polenta for a while now, at least once a year. Served in a baking dish with three earthenware pots—one with mushrooms, a second with ragù, and a third with wild boar ragù—the polenta tastes like cream, yet is solid. As always, the service is impeccable. Perhaps the restaurant could use a makeover, especially the entrance!
