UPDATE 2025 Always the best, both for lunch and dinner. Reservations required. I recommend trying the salads and freselle, they're the best. Highly recommended establishment, courteous and friendly staff, super lifeguards. I highly recommend lunch/dinner, fresh fish and fresh dishes. Come in large numbers.

09/10/2023: Great location near both boat dock and train stop. Best pasta I’ve had in Italy this trip. Even though after 3 pm, we were seated. Hung out till next boat. Fabulous.
01/08/2023: Locale al centro della piazza di Vernazza. Posizione top. Un po’ troppo affollato per i nostri gusti, i tavoli erano davvero appiccicati. Primi piatti abbondanti e niente male. Prezzi nella norma per il posto.

11/06/2025: Location da sogno ; sapori nuovi e diversi ma semplici; cucinato da mani esperte e con sapienza; servizio ottimo e cortese; conto giusto
25/02/2025: Una cena eccellente qui al ristorante Aqua. Innanzitutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, di classe, con divisa. L’ambiente è elegante, con luci e musica soffuse. L’ombrina marinata al gin tonic, ordinata come antipasto, è stata davvero una sorpresa: un piatto così gustoso e ben equilibrato. Ottimo il dessert: una versione rivisitata del tipico dolce ricotta e pera. Ristorante situato all’interno del complesso Le Dune. Sarebbe bello tornarvi.
