Great place for a ski trip, delicious food, large selection, very helpful service

My family and I stayed during the 2025 cape woman period. The hotel is child-friendly, with indoor play areas for all ages and a shallow pool with games. Ideal for a week with our little ones.

A fabulous place. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone was very helpful. The food was fantastic. The service in the dining room was wonderful. The lady at the spa giving massages... ...I can't say enough... Wonderful hands, the massage was incredibly relaxing. The rooms are a whole other world... Clean, fragrant with wood, and spacious. I was with a large group, so I had the opportunity to see most of the rooms. And the apartment I had... Fabulous. The photos speak for themselves... comfortable bed, cozy, and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel with our family during a ski holiday and had a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with beautiful interiors and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Special thanks to the animator Pedro — our children absolutely loved him! He put so much heart and energy into the activities, and the kids were always happy and excited to spend time with him. A big advantage is the ski bus stopping right in front of the hotel, next to the ski room, which was extremely convenient and made getting to the slopes very easy. The only small suggestion would be that the wellness area could be open a little longer. Other than that, everything was excellent and we would definitely recommend this hotel to families. 🌟

We spent a pleasant, relaxing weekend. The hotel was very clean, with a spa area and a small, but well-equipped pool. There may be a few loungers available by the pool, but they were still easy to use. The children's entertainment was top-notch, while I would recommend adding some traditional dishes to the restaurant, as they were a bit bland, but still good. The hotel's location is good, and many places are within easy reach by car. I will definitely return, perhaps in the summer.

My family and I stayed for 5 days at this wonderful property, in one of their apartments, but with the hotel's amenities. The indoor area features a beautiful play area suitable for children, a lovely water park, and a swimming pool. My 5-year-old daughter, I must say, loved playing there and had a lot of fun. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts: a washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, and cookware. However, the induction hob and cookware could use something more efficient! Despite the excellent services we enjoyed, I would like to recommend a few things to the property that would certainly make our stay and service even better. They would definitely install air conditioning in the apartment, so that if you're cold and don't have heating, you can perhaps warm the room. We personally felt a bit chilly. I would provide dryers (even for a fee) within the hotel so that, if you wash your clothes on a bad day, they can dry more quickly! Otherwise, the facility is clean and tidy, and the reception staff is impeccably welcoming, clearly explaining all the day's activities and excursions. Highly recommended for children!

We stayed in the apartment at the ValdiSole Hotel. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel was recently renovated and is beautiful, welcoming, and just like all the owners. There's a beautiful pool, a very inviting spa, a water park for kids, and a separate play area run by very friendly, kind, and attentive entertainers. We had a wonderful time.
