Very good pizza, very good pizza chef

The atmosphere is dated but clean. The service is discreet, but the staff is friendly and attentive. The pizzas, although the ingredients are very fresh, are, in my opinion, too thin in the center where most of the excess liquid accumulates. The dough doesn't cook well and forms a mush that's hard to cut with a knife. There's also leftover dough at the edges!
