Pizzeria A CASA di BOH In Guidonia montecelio

We went to this pizzeria because we won a pizza all-you-can-eat for two. The menu included a fried appetizer: supplì, Ascoli olives, potato croquettes, and tomato bruschetta, followed by a pizza all-you-can-eat. The first round was chosen by the pizzeria (they were very kind in making a pizza with four flavors, so since we were two, we each got two slices of each flavor). The second round was our choice, again four flavors, and then pizza with Nutella. Delicious pizza, very thin, with plenty of toppings and just the right amount of flavor, but the exceptional thing is how light it is, so you don't feel heavy and you could eat endless amounts. The fried foods are equally light and crispy. All this is accompanied by kindness, helpfulness, and always a smile. Highly recommended.

The welcome was warm, but the pizza didn't entirely convince me. We went to A Casa di Boh in Villanova for a dinner with friends. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but with some room for improvement. Strengths: • Service: The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick despite the busy evening. • Price: Definitely fair and reasonable for the food; the final bill was a pleasant surprise. • Appetizers: The fried foods (Ascolana olives, onion rings, and croquettes) were delicious and beautifully presented. What didn't work: • The Pizza: Unfortunately, the cooking wasn't optimal. In my opinion, the dough was a bit "left behind," resulting in undercooked spots, which compromised its digestibility and consistency. • Ambience: The restaurant consists of a large single room that, when full, tends to get very noisy. The reverberation makes it difficult to converse without having to raise your voice. In short, a place with potential and excellent value for money, but I hope they pay more attention to the oven cooking next time.
