beautiful place, delicious food and very friendly staff

The pizza was very good, especially the dough: soft and light. There were also plenty of ingredients, and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately, however, all four pizzas arrived completely cold, and we honestly didn't understand why. It's really strange to receive a cold pizza at the table. Maybe they were finished cold, or maybe they waited until they were all ready at the same time, I don't know... but they were really cold, and it was a real shame because, as I said, they were very good.

Everything was excellent, I recommend the Nerano frittatina, the staff were kind and fast, everything was ok

Welcoming place, well-arranged and good-sized tables that allow you to have lunch/dinner in comfort, without being too cramped to cut a pizza, excellent raw materials, attention and friendliness to the customer, a place that is worth trying and returning to.

Everything was good and well presented. Fast service. The gluten-free options are also excellent, easily recognizable by the red flags.

The waiters are incredibly helpful and friendly, truly attentive to the customer. The food is excellent: from the fried foods to the pizzas, all unique and suitable for every palate. The only sore point, at least in my experience, concerns the organization between reservations and internal management. I dined during an "All You Can Eat" evening, and the crowd was very high, which made the service a bit difficult. Another negative note was a gentleman who, judging by his behavior and his orders to the waiters, appeared to be one of the managers. He was tall, with light hair and a very marked accent, reminiscent of a local dialect. His mannerisms were unprofessional and rude to both the staff and the customers. This type of management doesn't live up to the overall experience offered by the restaurant. On the other hand, Chiara, the young woman with the braid, deserves a special mention: extremely kind, professional, and capable of managing the dining room with courtesy and attention. I would highly recommend entrusting the management to people like her, because she perfectly represents the level of service expected in a place like this. Overall, it's still an excellent place, with great potential.
