I've ordered from this place 25 times in a year (not counting previous years). I'm a loyal customer; the pizza is good, well-topped, and orders arrive very quickly. I'm forced to give it two stars due to the exorbitant price increases. A year and a half ago, a large pizza with sausage and fries cost 13.50, a few months ago 15, and now 17. I understand the inflation that all restaurants are feeling these days, but increasing the price by 50% from the original in just a few months is a marketing ploy I don't understand. It's still an excellent pizza.

The pizzas are delicious, but unfortunately the hygiene inside the restaurant is poor. People come in and out of the kitchen even without proper clothing (rider, etc.), and people touch items from the pizza chef's kitchen, taking them from behind the counter (I think they're friends, but it's still unhygienic, considering the pizzas are being made within a meter of each other). Besides that, they're kind people. I hope they'll improve this problem, which, for someone who goes there in person, is not encouraging or encouraging to eat there again.

I went there by chance with my girlfriend one evening to eat. The pizza was very good, and the price was reasonable. The experience was made perfect by their great kindness! 100% recommended.

Always ordered takeout, more or less punctual, but we know how Pisa traffic is. Always a sure thing, though, really good pizza, Neapolitan style with a nice, thick, soft crust. The more you order, the more you get: they often deliver a Pepsi in addition to the pizzas, sometimes fried pizza balls (delicious when hot), other times (with 6/7 pizzas) a bite (or 2!!) of Pepsi!! We've never figured out how much things cost, in any case not much, highly recommended!!

26/10/2025: This was my first time staying at this hotel and restaurant. I'd read the reviews and had been introduced to it by friends. What can I say? The owner was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The rooms were clean, but in need of maintenance, especially the bathroom fixtures. Overall, the 3 stars were well deserved. The price was in line with the services offered. Unfortunately, I can only partially judge the food because I ate the set menu, but the quality was good and the quantity sufficient. A half-hour drive from Pisa isn't a short distance, but staying in the city center and finding parking under the tower would cost much more. Recommended.
14/10/2025: The hotel is easy to reach, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff and owner are helpful and very friendly, highly recommended.

I Chicchi Del Grano

03/01/2026: A bar adjacent to the Isola Verde cinema. The atmosphere is basic, but we go there whenever we're in the area and want a quick, affordable meal that's not junk food. Here, we find ready-made first and second courses and a good coffee.
12/10/2025: Simple but courteous. Great for business lunches and snacks to enjoy while watching movies at the nearby cinema. Tripe on Thursdays! Delicious.
