Beautiful place!! We had the fried montanare and I can tell you that they were very light, the pizzas, I can tell you... light and made very well 😍 top I would go back 1000 more times... Well done guys

One of the best pizzerias in town. The atmosphere and interior are meticulously designed, the staff is top-notch, and the food is top-notch! Definitely worth a try and a return visit!

Pizzeria moderna dal menù vasto. La pizza è quella casertana dal cornicione bello alto. Buono il dolce: bombette di pizza guarnite con varie creme. Personale gentile.

Cena in tre con tris di frittatine, fiori di zucchine, Chips di patate e a seguire due pizze. Cibo di altissima qualità, pizze solo all'apparenza impegnative ma in realtà leggere. Si sente la cura in ogni piatto, e solo coi fritti ci farei la cena perfetta. Servizio impeccabile con un personale gentilissimo in un ambiente condizionato alla perfezione. A temperature meno proibitive si può mangiare fuori in piena tranquillità grazie alla posizione del locale nel mezzo delle scale di San Pasquale e lontano dal traffico.

22/11/2025: In the heart of Naples, Pizzeria Pellone smells of pizza in every corner. Founded in 1960, this classic establishment has nourished generations with the same simple yet powerful recipe, without artifice or pretension, and therein lies its charm. Here, the glitz of trendy spots isn't the goal: the true spirit of the "wagon wheel" pizza is preserved, made with premium ingredients that reflect the bounty of the Vesuvius hills. Vibrant tomatoes, perfectly melted mozzarella, and fresh basil take center stage. As is typical in Naples, the restaurant operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is always packed. With skillful touches of fire, the pizzaiolos shape high-hydration doughs using the classic Neapolitan technique, the slap, stretching the dough to its limits. The result: pizzas overflowing the plate. We tried a prosciutto e funghi and a diavola. This last one could have come straight from Dante's seventh circle of Hell: intensely spicy, fiery, and delicious. The atmosphere is quintessentially Neapolitan: bustling, warm, with fast and attentive waiters who understand that pizza here isn't just food, but culture. Its location, just steps from Central Station, makes it an ideal stop before or after exploring the city or returning from an excursion. There are queues, yes, but also a consensus: the wait is always worth it. Pellone is pure Neapolitan essence: pizza made with skill, tradition, and no frills. If you're looking for the authentic Neapolitan experience in its most genuine form, this is the place for you.

Pizzeria Antonio e Gigi Sorbillo

09/11/2025: It was clear that this was one of the most popular pizzerias in Naples. Immediately after opening, the place was already packed with people. The tables were packed tightly together. The pizza itself and the service were truly excellent. The only thing I wouldn't recommend was the fried calzone. The filling was mediocre at best.
09/11/2025: All the tourists flocked to Sorbillo. Neapolitans too. The place was packed, and we got a table purely by luck. The service was decent, although the sheer number of customers was noticeable. The pizzas? Well, they're enormous; the entire thickness of the crust spills off the plate, which is larger than normal. Nothing extraordinary, they're tasty, but that's about it. The crust, which is usually undercooked, was left on the plate—mine and most of the others'. We've already tried the family's pizzerias. The price is like most Neapolitan pizzerias.
