Pizzera Al Barbis In Varallo

The rating for the food is an average between a restaurant and a pizzeria (a mix was ordered at the table), the environment in summer is too hot and eating outside means practically being on the street, service needs to be improved.

We received a very warm welcome even though we hadn't booked. The pizzas are good, the ingredients are fresh. The lemon and saffron ravioli are excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. It's a good restaurant, I recommend it.

The pizza is superlative, especially with wholemeal flour. The only thing I can think of is the waiting time to eat... depending on how many people there are in the pizzeria... more than an hour's wait, but the wait is worth it for the quality of the pizzas👍

Excellent pizza with super organic flours, more than honest pieces, friendly staff, the classic places you wouldn't bet on and instead... It wins at all tables....

One of the best pizzas in recent years. The only flaw I could mention is the crust, but I think that's more of a personal preference. Exceptional and well-topped pizza, very friendly staff, highly recommended!

Very good pizza and friendly staff

We showed up a bit later, I believe it was after 10:00 pm, but the place was still happening. I was a bit nervous when they sat us outside because I could see the mosquitos swarming and if there's mosquitos they'll be all over me. Much to my delight, all through the meal I only got bit once. Now on to the food. I love to taste the different pizza in different regions. They all have their own take on what pizza is and what flavor combos should be on each. I was a bit disappointed when they couldn't make the gorgonzola with pear pizza for us because they were out of a main ingredient, but they made up for it with the other pizzas we ordered. I recommend this place if you're nearby and want pizza. Maybe you'll get to try the pear and gorgonzola.

A truly worth-trying place, a lovely discovery for us! We ate really well! From the pizza to the fish to the desserts!

We eat there sometimes, both alone and with friends. Very fast and courteous service, the pizzas are delicious.
