Pizze Pazze In Trieste

Six stars. An ordinary, modest place a little out of the way, but real Italian pizza from a wood-fired oven. There were a lot of fresh ingredients, I was hungry, but I only ate half of it and was full. The boss packed the rest for us to take away and gave us three drinks for free.

Great pizza, the best I've ever eaten! The owner does not spare any additions or cheese, which makes the difference. The prices are very affordable and the portion is so large that it is difficult to eat the pizza for one person. Additionally, a very nice owner. You can feel like a "local" there, because from time to time people from the street came in just to exchange a few words with the owner. The only minus I see is the lack of a toilet and air conditioning, but compared to the pluses it seems insignificant to me. While in Slovenia, we preferred to leave the route and eat in this place again rather than look for something locally. I recommend!
