The place is a bit "sparse", it seems like something is missing, however large and well looked after, the staff is friendly but a little slow, except for the bartender who is the only one with determination, the pizza is not bad, it's not a Neapolitan one or a low one, a mix of them that they seem to care a lot about.
Hydration or not, as soon as it cools it becomes rubbery, difficult to cut with a knife. Rather heavy dough compared to other pizzerias. I liked the charcoal dough better. The idea of being able to choose various doughs is nice. Many varieties of pizzas to choose from. Pitiful veil on the Neapolitan pastiera, perhaps that too is a revisitation of them, I strongly advise you against taking it if you like real pastiera. Overall, it's fine to spend an evening with friends without art or part. The pizza, for my personal tastes, can be improved. But it's a matter of taste, someone will like it.
Given the insistence on responding to the review by who knows who, I recommend, first of all, to brush up on your Italian grammar a bit! Then focus more on improving the products, service and courtesy of your establishment. If 6 diners have the same difficulty cutting lukewarm pizzas, either they all have arthritis problems, or you have to change knives, or your dough becomes a disk of latex from the cold. As for pastiera, yours doesn't come close! First of all you should point out that it is without candied fruit, the real pastiera has them, and then it must be tall, with a moist filling, scented with orange blossom, yours is short, dry, and doesn't taste long. I know it well, I've been eating it since I was little, we also have our own family recipe, as per Neapolitan tradition. If you want I can give you a couple of names of excellent pastry shops that make it ad hoc, maybe you'll learn something, instead of believing you are the "Bonci" or the "In Grani" of the Treviso area! I also specified that it is my personal taste! those who are truly convinced of their product do not need many justifications. I have eaten pizzas everywhere, in various parts of the world, your "contemporary" one remains mediocre for me! And you didn't stay in my mind but in my stomach. Personal opinions cannot be "revisitations", I renew my advice to study a little more and concentrate only on your own, you would avoid making these stupid figures. And I gave 3 stars not one, those who really don't like your product, can you pick it up at home?
Unfortunately I see that you just can't help but keep "regurgitating" excuses "ad dick"! 6000 satisfied and you waste time with a single? Do I scare you? Furthermore, I have never insulted, my review was concise and not negative, in fact I have not changed my rating, and I have never removed anything, but always added following your stupidities! I would have gladly overlooked the details, I also praised many aspects, specifying "to my personal taste"! You have to know how to accept other people's criticisms and tastes! If you go and see all the places where I have had the pleasure of having dinner or lunch, you will realize that I never give negative ratings. This is because it is always relative to one's culinary background, if I didn't like the food I absolutely don't write anything! You really show yourselves to be very rude and not very humble. I wish you all the best, personally I will never come to your restaurant again, nor will I recommend it, absolutely nothing will change for you, but I will have a much better dinner. FOR CONSISTENCY MY 3 STARS REMAIN, EVEN IF YOU DESERVE ZERO FOR YOUR UNHAPPY AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE.
