Fabulous pizza, it's hard to find something this good. You can really taste the top-quality ingredients.
The location is very nice, and the staff is very kind, both the waiter and the two ladies at the counter.

Excellent pizza, prices a bit high, especially the cover charge, €2.50 for a placemat, Beer only 33 cl and quite expensive and completely flat. €18 for a pizza in pala mo seems excessive. Waiting times too long considering that even though it was Sunday evening there were not many people. A bit disappointed.
Precisely after the response to the review, I did not see oil, oregano and on the table and they did not even offer them to me. For beer you should also offer beers that are always quality but more classic, flat beers do not always meet the tastes of people, including me and in particular my wife. As for any stomach swelling, do not worry, we do not suffer from any "side effects". However, I reiterate excellent pizza but I confirm my review. Points of view.

The pizzas here are among the best I've ever eaten. Excellent and well-leavened dough, toppings made with always fresh and quality ingredients. The menu features various gourmet pizzas with special, interesting and really good combinations.

After seeing their Instagram profile I decided to try this unusual pizzeria. Impeccable fried food, dry and light, in short delicious. We then tried a pizza with porchetta that we discovered was artisanal and the seasonal pizza with cream of zucchini and provolone del monaco.
The only flaw is the format of the beers only 0.33.

We went here after seeing an Instagram reel advertising the place, intrigued, since it is close to home we called to book and went.
When we arrived we gave the name and a kind lady told us to sit at table X, in the meantime an employee said that that table does not exist and called the person who took the reservation asking where she had placed us... No answers, so she, a little perplexed, made us sit in another place. We sat down and after about 15 minutes the menus arrived, after another 30 minutes they came to take the order... For the pizza at the table then we waited over 1h...
Let's get to the food, here we can't say anything, excellent quality of the flour, after all the Bongiovanni mill and its flours are a guarantee, the pizza was good, leavening and dough management to be praised, the croissant was melting and well-honeycombed, to be top we missed the maculation but it can be left out as a detail, selected and excellent quality ingredients, the montanarine were really excellent.
The staff is polite and collaborative and discreet.
The premises in the entrance room are rather dark and anonymous, there is a second room that is better.
Overall there are some things to review first of all the times... Too too long, and perhaps the organization between kitchen and bar.
Last note the prices, much higher than average, compared to places that use the same high quality, and a cover that does not exist because you eat at the bare table with a placemat would have revised its cost.

A somewhat unusual pizzeria. They serve truly delicious pizzas here. Excellent service, friendly staff, and hardly any waiting time. It's a bit hard to recognize as a restaurant from the outside, but it's worth a visit. It's not cheap, but it's definitely worth it! I would go back here in a heartbeat.
