Pizzalonga Away Roncade In Roncade

19/05/2026: I arrived very late due to flight delays. However, the owner was kind enough to set aside a dinner plate for me when I arrived. I didn't request this. As most of the reviews state, the owner and his partner only speak Italian. So here is my sarcastic remark in regards to some other reviews. Imagine that,......Italians speaking Italian in Italy. Shocker, I know. I am blessed because I speak 5 languages. And one of those languages is Italian. I'm not fluent in Italian, but I know enough to be able to get around in Italy. The owners are old school where they don't have time for nonsense. And they don't have filters, and they are not politically correct. So if you can't handle the truth and you have very thin skin, then don't stay here. But if you are like me and traveled all over the world, whether it be on business or leisure, then you're used to different cultures, different personalities, etc, etc. The room was very clean and larger than most European hotel rooms, especially the shower. I was surprised it was much larger than most European showers. The food they serve at their restaurant there on-site was very, very good. All in all , it was a really good stay.

22/04/2026: The owners are worth the trip!! Grumpy but at the same time friendly and unconventional!!! Clean rooms, excellent dinner at the restaurant, very quiet and comfortable place!
