I always hate leaving negative reviews, but pizza is important to me, and it makes me angry to have to receive a cold pizza (it was delivered to us), tasteless (I added the salt myself), with double zucchini that seemed boiled in oil rather than fried, and with curdled cheese, since the pizza, as mentioned, arrived cold. It arrived cold because we noticed there wasn't even a pizza box. Otherwise, the dough is definitely not bad.

A simple, elegant, and very welcoming place, with fantastic pizzas and impeccable table service. The room temperature and sound could be improved.

Delicious appetizers: croquettes, zeppole, mozzarella, frittata, arancini, fried polenta, and bruschetta, all freshly made. Delicious pizzas and excellent first courses. Polite staff and wonderful owners make you feel at home. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY. P.S. THE OWNERS ARE NOT MY OWNERS (THEY ARE NOT FAMILY OR FRIENDS).

We had dinner on a Saturday evening and although the place was full, the service was efficient, the pizza was delicious and the prices were absolutely normal. Excellent quality/price ratio!!!

Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questa pizzeria e devo dire che come sempre torniamo a casa soddisfatti. Abbiamo assaggiato diverse pizze ma quella che mi è piaciuta di più è stata la pera gorgonzola speak e noci , divina ! impasto leggero , cottura perfetta e una esplosione di sapori dati dalla ottima qualità dei prodotti . Servizio eccellente 👏👏👏👏👏 ci ritorneremo sicuramente 👏👏👏👏.

Ristorante Pizzeria da Umberto

06/01/2026: I was there a few days ago. The menu is extensive and varied with reasonable prices. We had the Margherita pizza, and I have to say, it was really good.
03/01/2026: Three generations of goodness and authenticity! At Umberto's, you can breathe in the history of Ischia. It's rare to find a place that has maintained such high standards for three generations, overcoming every challenge with the power of goodness. The cuisine is a journey through the flavors of the sea and land, using excellent ingredients. The pizza is unmissable, carefully prepared in front of the wood-burning fireplace, just like in times past. Beyond the delicious food and fair prices, what stands out is the warmth of the expert staff. Getting there is easy thanks to the large nearby parking lot. If you're looking for a place that captures the soul of the island, you must try it at least once. Lastly, as I'm a fan of traditional places, it's no coincidence that it's among the top 10% of establishments on TripAdvisor. Highly recommended!
