Mega delicious, real Italian pizza. Baked on a stone, fast and friendly service. Prices are amazing, 2 pizzas 32cm + water came to only 10€. I recommend, I recommend, I recommend.

Lately negative pizzas rating 6/6- even 5. Moderate prices. Not much kindness. It seems the customers are a bit of a party pooper of the situation. Up until four or five months ago, things were completely different. A few years ago in all respects it was a marvel

I've been a customer of this pizzeria since 2015. I'll start by saying they were always excellent, both in terms of service and pizza. Super large and generous with ingredients. Today, however, things have changed. And I'm not referring to the smaller pizza, because that's fine. The problem is that the pizza dough has changed, and it's sad to say, but it's rubbery and raw on the inside. Today, we're in 2025, and there's a whole culture of how to make a digestible, well-leavened, and well-cooked dough without burning the pizza. The pizza chef may have changed, I don't know... but the difference is noticeable. That's why I decided to write this review. I hope you can improve the pizza and refine it, making it one of the best here in Trieste, like it once was. I'll try again in the future and hope to find a good pizza again.
