I ordered pizzas on Deliveroo and accidentally didn't include the free pizza. I called the restaurant and they were very kind: they brought it to me right away with no problems! Truly impeccable service, highly recommended! 🍕👏

I'd like to compliment the toppings. I ordered a pizza for my first delivery and it's already cooked well. I thank Mr. Davide for his helpfulness. I received a complimentary drink as a new customer. I'll keep this pizzeria in mind in the future. Mauro.

We took the pizzas to take away. Very good and well looked after They arrived nice and hot. The guy who brought them was also friendly and kind. We will definitely order again.

Easy pizza di Panucci Daniele

20/09/2025: We have been getting pizza from Panucci for some time now and I always recommend your place, but: last night I ordered two pizzas and a farinata and I have to say that we were not very happy. First of all, the order arrived an hour earlier than expected with the risk of not being at home. Secondly, and I say this because I ate very good pizzas from you last night. The usual standard was not maintained. The pizza was undercooked, the flour used did not seem to be of good quality and above all the ingredients were absolutely not as usual. The onion was practically almost raw and tasteless. I will continue to get pizza from you hoping that it returns to the usual levels!

03/04/2026: Fantastic welcome!! Francesca, the head waiter, was wonderful, very friendly, and incredibly helpful!! We'll definitely be back! The aperitif was EXCELLENT!
29/03/2026: In the heart of Genoa's nightlife, very good pizza, attentive staff, and fast service (I wasn't expecting it given the number of people at the tables!). Unfortunately, this place doesn't have high reviews due to its previous management: it has been completely renovated and its menu has also been updated. 2 pizzas, 2 beers, dessert, and coffee for €51. I'll review the restaurant on my next visit.
