Pizza Sbrano In Genova

The products are good: chocolate brioches above the Genoese average, and the focaccias and pizzas are pretty good. The opening hours are excellent, as they're always open from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. The real problem is the service: there are 4 or 5 people working, but there's always only one employee at the counter (they're an Ecuadorian family) who serves you incredibly slowly and without any kindness. Even if you're serving two people, you can risk spending a good 10 or 15 minutes. Which is unnerving. It's a real shame, because they cook their products well. They've absorbed the typical Genoese slowness and rudeness. It's a shame.

Sbrano's focaccia is one of the best.

Yesterday I had focaccia dipped in cappuccino for breakfast, and I'd say it was a great experience. And the Sbrano focaccia is amazing 💯

I ordered a focaccia with cheese, and I pretty liked my plate. The price of the kilo is €12. Honestly, it’s a pretty good focaccia, but I’m completely sure that there is some other stores that sells display for a little bit less. So I still recommend to you guys to come in this place order and for catch up, but the thing about the terrace is that there is no space so I recommend you to go in the closest garden.

Pizza Sbrano has always been a guarantee. If you're hungry and it's 3:00 AM, Pizza Sbrano never closes... BUT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE! WE'RE IN GENOA, AT 1:00 AM THERE'S NO FOCACCIA? ARE WE IN MILAN (COOL?) OR GENOA (BELIN?)

Excellent bakery and pastry shop, bread and focaccia prepared in a good way. Courteous staff, very crowded, perhaps the customer should be managed better, without making people wait too long for purchases.
