Best sliced ​​pizza in Florence… I'm a fanatic and since I moved here I've tried almost all of them in Florence and the surrounding municipalities (Campi Bisenzio, Sesto Fiorentino, Calenzano...). Here is an excellent, digestible pizza with quality ingredients. The owner and manager is a person from another era... very reserved but with great love and care for his work. Prices more than correct, especially for this city (4 pieces no more than 8 euros, in a place outside the city for the same quantity I paid double, for a significantly lower quality) Little space and few seats with high stools and a single surface on the wall, perfect for takeaway or a quick drink. Since I discovered it I have been several times and the service and quality offered has maintained its high level, both at lunch and dinner.

We stopped on purpose while exiting the highway. Truly a surprise! Highly recommended :)

Small place in the Peretola area at the beginning of Via Pistoiese with the owner who churns out a fantastic pizza by the slice! It's very reminiscent of the Roman one, short and creaky, which is practically impossible to find in Florence. There are about ten flavours, from margherita to spicy salami, and you can't help but try the aubergine and provola and the nduja and burrata. Honest prices around €2.50/3 per piece, and each slice is truly plentiful. A pleasant discovery, I will definitely return.
