Good pizza, definitely much better than other places. The staff is friendly, even though they change cashiers every week, but oh well... the only downside is the wait time. I've been going there for a few months, but unfortunately, I'm always late with orders. The average delay is 15 minutes, until the last time I waited 45 minutes outside in my car... If you can't process the orders, just tell me to come by later, that's all. Don't make people wait outside in the cold... (A customer rightly complained about the delay, too, and was told that they don't give a discount for a 20-minute delay, and it's a normal delay.) I repeat, the pizza is good, nothing to complain about, excellent, but the delays are just too many.

Every time I go back to my grandmother's, it's a must! Their pizzas are delicious, a treat!
