I'm not exaggerating if I say that after this pizza there is nothing. Soft, with a soft edge, perfect cooking, no oil smudges. Very kind and helpful, hats off. The price? a cherry on the cake.

31/01/2025: In the unsuspected town of Gavi, this restaurant never disappoints; from the exceptional raw materials, to the highly skilled cuisine, to the selection of excellent tasting wines. I especially recommend the almost always present truffle menu.
24/01/2025: Mandatory step when we go to Gavi. The welcome is warm and very friendly. During our last visit to this place on Sunday evening, speaking no English and very little Italian, the waitress was very patient and knew how to advise us best, the grilled pork tenderloin with black truffles is excellent, the choice is often difficult as the menu is so tempting.
