Fantastic pizza with fresh ingredients. We chose the 5 grain (ancient grains) dough which is traditional for the region. It's slightly heavier but has a slight wholesome nutty flavour. We chose the pizza with pistachio and buffalo mozzarella. It was good to perfection with a crisp well cooked bottom (but not burnt) and a soft gooey texture. One of the best pizzas I have had. Bootled beer was available and all at a great price. It's a basic take away style of shop with one table inside & twoi tables outside on a busy one way street.

At first glance, seeing the size of the pizzas, we all said to ourselves... so small? Yes, too small, exactly 25cm when the size of a classic pizza is 33cm. I still gave them such a high rating because, despite their small size, they were delicious; all four pizzas were fantastic. The price for each individual pizza was fair if the size was right...

Simple and very good, cheap, close to the historic center, and with a couple of tables outside, everything you could want from a takeaway pizzeria 💯
