I had read about this award-winning pizzeria while I was on holiday in Agrigento, and I was intrigued. You park along the road but easily. The place does not have particular furnishings, modern but without frills, the pizzas reign supreme. They don't accept reservations, on Sunday evening around 9pm we waited about 15 minutes, they are quite fast as well as the service. The choice on the menu is wide, vegan, classic, revisited and margherita pizzas, with different types of dough, Venere, gluten-free, Roman, etc. with supplements. Also worth highlighting are the appetizers such as the crocché, super inviting in appearance but when we sat down they were already finished. The pizza dough is light, the classic one is Neapolitan-style, although I found it slightly chewy, let's say not perfect, but overall very good. Average prices, pizza with drink €20 per person.

High quality Neapolitan pizza. Quality ingredients, especially based on local and Sicilian excellence. The fried montanares are excellent. Crispy and dry.
