The dough is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a real delight. The ingredients are fresh and tasty, you feel that everything is prepared with care. A pure treat! I recommend!

The pizza is objectively good. It is certainly not the best in Sicily as they say but it is certainly in the top ten of the province. The dough is made well, hydrated and leavened like a good contemporary pizza. Flaw in flavour, practically absent, also due to the overly refined flour. The other ingredients aren't that great though. The place needs a review: no air conditioning in mid-July, deafening noise with few people, tables on the side of the road. The experience would still have been excellent, 4 stars, if it weren't for the staff: cold and detached even though they were all relatives and with several minors serving the tables. Very slow: 50 minutes to serve us with 30-40 people in the room. Approximate: we order the pyramid for 4 (12 pieces for 4 people) and they bring us 10. Even inelegant when it comes to the bill, equal to 103 euros, without rounding. The bill, among other things, is not very high but certainly not justified by the ingredients or the service. I would say a little too self-referential given the substance. I would recommend reviewing a little something, also because there are competitors who celebrate less but who have very long waiting lists even on Mondays and who also have to take turns to seat people, serving customers in 10-15 minutes with objectively better pizzas, with tastier doughs, quality ingredients with a distinctive flavor and cooked without burning. Maybe I'll come back later hoping for improvements, but at the moment I don't recommend it

The best pizza I've eaten in my life, the delicious tiramisu too... If only I had it closer to home it would be a regular stop. Thanks for everything

Excellent pizza, place not at its best, prices at their maximum, I don't like the fact that if you want a bottled beer, it's not contemplated, just because they have to give you their beer at mind-boggling prices. A coke 6 euros... that's not possible

Excellent pizza, but too long a wait!!!! The place is very nice and welcoming, and I managed to sit down rather quickly despite the confusion. The pizza, I must admit, was very very good, but unfortunately I had to wait a good 50 minutes for two pizzas. I understand that the place was full, but such a long wait is difficult to justify. I really think I'll give it a second chance, hoping it was just an isolated incident, because it would be a real shame if it were a routine.

you know the pizza is good when it’s hot and just off the oven you know the pizza is great when it’s cold and still taste bueno ! Sitári family is awesome :) they not only let me pick two pizza flavors and give me reduced portion for the dessert :) Grazie Millie !! the quality matches the price also! It made my day
