Excellent pizza! Among the most popular at the table is Aida e Mortazza. Mine was a Pantelleria, and it was delicious. Quality ingredients and excellent service.

Food was excellent- both the appetizers and the entrees. Atmosphere was bright, warm and lively. We had a tough time finding above-average restaurants in the middle west coast region of sicily But Sitari was a very welcome and enjoyable exception.

The appetizers are excellent, especially the octopus with potato and olive croquettes; the pizzas are also excellent, I recommend the onion one in five textures, a local specialty. The only thing missing: an assortment of digestives to round things off! I highly recommend it!

The pizza with five onion consistencies was fantastic. The octopus appetizer with potato croquettes was also delicious: very soft and flavorful. The atmosphere was pleasant, with lots of young people serving. Highly recommended.

We had dinner this evening at this charming pizzeria in Agrigento. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality, from the pizza dough to the ingredients used. We'll definitely be back if we pass by!
