Very good pizzeria, wide selection, friendly staff. I would improve the lighting, which is cold and distracting, especially in the larger dining room. Given the standard, they should offer a wider selection of drinks, especially liqueurs.

A welcoming place, efficient and fast staff, the pizza dough is light and crispy, and the ingredients are top-quality. The flavors and aromas are reminiscent of the products our grandparents grew and cooked.

The vegan margarita was delicious, especially with the super soft vegan mozzarella, springy base, and toasted crusts. 💜 The price of the other pizzas seemed a bit too high. But the pizzas are really good (:

We're vegans and often struggle to find pizzerias that offer tasty options tailored to our needs, but at Sitari we were in for a wonderful surprise! We found a selection of vegan pizzas that were incredibly good, generous, and meticulously prepared. We especially want to recommend the vegan "Mortazza": mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachio cream, all completely vegan and surprisingly flavorful! We also tried another pizza created by the chef, with confit cherry tomatoes, vegan mortadella, almond flakes, and zucchini cream: a perfect balance of flavors, truly amazing. To finish, we ordered a dessert made with pizza dough, topped with vegan Nutella and chopped pistachios... simply spectacular. Everything was delicious, from the flavor to the presentation, and above all, with a real focus on the vegan world. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality vegan pizza experience! 🍕💚

The dough is perfect: light, well-leavened, and easy to digest, while the toppings are top-quality, perfect for those seeking a "higher-end" pizza. The staff is very attentive and friendly, always ready to offer advice and make you feel at home. The pizza was very good, with a light and well-made dough and high-quality ingredients. Everything else was decidedly questionable. A comfortable place, a private room that seemed reserved for VIPs, a canopy that was undoubtedly later closed off with glass to add seating, a nice exterior, but too exposed to traffic, not to mention the furnishings, a jumble of things placed haphazardly and without any sense of purpose. The pizza chefs were young and undoubtedly enthusiastic, but the dining room was chaotic. To make matters worse, a man, probably one of the owners, was treating his waiters indecently. I think we must always keep in mind the difference between "owner" and "patron." Finally, the ant invasion. I now found dozens of them coming from an air conditioning unit behind me. We certainly can't attack the natural surroundings, but we can certainly contain them.
