I ordered pizza by the slice, both red and with boiled potatoes. The red version had a huge amount of delicious tomato sauce, just how I like it. The potatoes were of high quality and melted in your mouth, but the potato version was a bit too salty. The manager was really kind and chatty, happy to tell us the history of the place and who Luigi and the rest of the staff were. The pizza and staff were exceptional. See you soon!

The best pizza in Rome, unmatched in terms of dough and toppings (the white pizza is excellent). What strikes me is that the mozzarella is fresh on the pizza on display; they heat it up for you on the spot, or, if you take it away, they ask if you'd like to reheat it at home. A very effective way to offer pizza by the slice, in my opinion. I highly recommend it; top notch.

For me, one of the best pizzas in the neighborhood. Thin, light, crunchy, well-seasoned... I can't find any flaws, I could eat it every day!

We happened to pass by the pizzeria and couldn't resist grabbing a few slices to go. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and we even chatted a bit. The prices were very reasonable, but most importantly, the pizza was excellent and the supplì were exceptional.

27/11/2025: For me and my family, Piazza di Boccione has become a unit of measurement... ever since I was little, when we still had to go to the square to make phone calls from the SIP booths... no one in all these years has ever knocked it off the podium for the best pizza by the slice! Given that the red, white, and Margherita were mandatory for breakfast or to take to the beach... I have to mention my favorite of the non-classics... the gamberi!!!! Thanks for your tireless work from a true admirer!
16/09/2025: A day at the beach with the family in Lavinio to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. Before leaving and returning to Rome, the now grown-up couple expressed a desire to stop by Boccione to relive the taste of the pizza they used to buy before going to the beach as children.
