Pizza Lab In Monticello conte otto

I'll start by making a premise. The pizza is extraordinary, really good and with quality ingredients and all the people I brought to try it confirmed this. But last night at dinner with my parents something went wrong. 1: we waited an hour for the pizzas due to a problem with the oven. Problems can happen but the customer should be notified either upon arrival or promptly without the customer himself asking for the matter as happened after half an hour. 2: cleanliness of the room, good but not very good. The place is clean but when you looked up you noticed some noticeable cobwebs. I recommend more careful cleaning. 3: the digital-only menu. I have no problems with digital, in fact I appreciate it because it avoids unnecessary waste of paper. But for customers who are not very technological and who do not have a modern smartphone, you as a restaurateur cannot exclude them. At the checkout the owner replied to me in an annoyed tone. “We change the menu every day, we can't print it every day”. Ok, I accept it, but at least prepare a tablet for those who want it or don't have the possibility of accessing the digital menu. Having said that, Pizza Lab is one of the best pizzas in Vicenza and the surrounding area. So I recommend it.

Good Neapolitan pizza with quality products. Fast service and helpful and friendly staff. Clean, small and impersonal environment

Pizzeria located a few km from Vicenza, scan the QR code to view the menu. As an appetizer we had five of the chili & cheese nuggets to share, which are small bites of cheese with pieces of spicy chili pepper and a red pizza with buffalo mozzarella, it was delicious and soft. Then I chose the Anticipo d'Autumn pizza with Principe Borghese yellow datterini tomato sauce, smoked provola, wild boar salami, Umbrian white truffle butter, extra virgin olive oil. What I liked is that you can also have the stuffed edge and I chose the one with creamed cod, very good, and there are many others available (gorgonzola cream, sausage and broccoli, nduja, ricotta, etc... ). For dessert I recommend the pistachio cheesecake. Everything was excellent and order processing was fast. Polite and friendly staff, clean and tidy bathrooms and environment. We had a great time and will definitely return.

I recommend the classic smoked Margherita. Normal environment and staff attentive to customer needs. After the pizza I ate in Naples, this is definitely the best for me! However, I wonder why I find NYesi dessert on the menu!!! Too bad the genseng is missing!

Fabulous Neapolitan pizza. Advise

A bit of a wait, but it was definitely worth it. Fabulous pizza, high edge like a Neapolitan pizza, definitely quality ingredients. Everyone was very kind, very welcoming environment. We will definitely be back

Delicious Neapolitan pizza, with a nice crust and perfect cooking. The ingredients are excellent, as demonstrated by the digestibility and lightness of the pizza. If we add the courteous and friendly welcome, for me the best place to enjoy a pizza in company. P..s. sensational IPA beer!!!!

Slightly more expensive than average but pizzas made very well and tasty

Ristorante spartano situato nella provincia della città. Pizza strepitosa veramente, con ingredienti di prima qualità. Personale competente, complimenti al ragazzo in sala super simpatico e gentile. Ci tornerò :)
