Last night, my first pizza 🍕 at this place. I was satisfied, especially because they had my favorite, with fries. Friendly staff. The only downside is that there isn't much seating, so you need a reservation. 99%👍🏻

Spectacular pizza 🤩 Beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. And always well-filled. I've ordered twice and the delivery service was fast and on time. You've just become another regular customer. Congratulations 👏🏻

I ordered a pizza for delivery on Saturday evening at 8:15 PM (via Just Eat). At 8:15 PM, no pizza arrived, and I can understand that since it's Saturday night, deliveries are a bit late, especially if the delivery status on Just Eat is updated to "delivered." So I wrote to Just Eat support, saying I hadn't received anything, and they magically updated the delivery time to 8:45 PM. Okay, it's a little annoying, but I understand that Saturday evenings can be late. The guy comes over and apologizes for the delay, saying, "Sorry, it's not my fault," and okay, you're not the pizza chef, but you shouldn't be so rude, but whatever. Now, let's get to the pizza. I asked for a red crust with chips, and the pizza was burnt in several places. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo because I was hungry, but it was burnt in several places and was also quite rubbery, so I didn't digest it very well.

Takeout only. The pizza is good, classic Neapolitan style, with top-quality ingredients. I only gave it 4 stars because I had a hard time digesting it. I don't think I'm suited to Neapolitan pizza. The staff are friendly, quick, and deliver on time.

Spectacular Neapolitan pizzas with excellent, delicious ingredients! Attilio and Nancy are the best in Pinerolo! It's a shame the €1.50 price increase isn't as common, but it's always worth it.

01/02/2026: We visited Eataitaly Pinerolo and were completely satisfied. The atmosphere is refined, the service attentive, and the quality of the products is truly excellent. The restaurant-pizzeria is top-notch: well-presented, tasty dishes made with top-quality ingredients. From personal experience, we continue to prefer the Alba location, which remains a benchmark for us for its atmosphere and culinary offerings. That said, Pinerolo is also worth a visit: it's a valid alternative for those seeking authenticity and flavor. Updated February 1, 2026 Sunday lunch experience: very crowded, long waits. The waiters were extremely courteous and helpful. A beautiful tagliata steak, tasty but charred on the outside! Served at the table without an oil cruet and after a forty-minute wait for the first course... to finish with coffee 15 minutes before dessert... which was taken away cold and brought back again 🙏. However, the lack of coordination is evident... both in the dining room and in the kitchen. It's a real shame, considering the high quality of the products... we definitely had a bad day! We'll make up for it next time... Hopefully. 🤔
