16/10/2025: Nice and comfortable place. The food is good. The pizza is delicious.
26/09/2025: This is the second time we've ordered pizza from them.
The pizza is good. Leaving aside the prices, which in my opinion are a bit high for slices (€14 for two Margheritas, €8.50 for spicy salami, and €3.50 for delivery!), the real annoyance is that twice out of two pizzas, they didn't use toothpicks to lift the paper off the pizza, resulting in the mozzarella sticking to the paper. When they opened/removed the paper, it removed most of the mozzarella, leaving two tomato-based pizzas, basically...
Out of politeness, I called the pizzeria and spoke to the owner, telling them I recommend using toothpicks, because they can't deliver pizzas like this!
The lady replies that I can request them next time in the order and they'll definitely be able to add them, but that they don't add them because the paper is made specifically to keep the mozzarella from sticking (obviously, it doesn't work!!!!!), and that some customers have complained about the presence of toothpicks (I don't understand the point), so they don't add them unless the customer specifically requests them.
So, to satisfy the phantom customers who complain about the presence of toothpicks (?! I don't know), they deliver the pizzas stuck to the paper and losing the mozzarella when you unpack them (unless the customer requests them when placing the order!)... I'm sorry, that's not how it works.
IN REPLY TO YOUR REPLY:
Dear lady, 1) you never offered to remake the pizzas, I would have gladly accepted, I assure you; 2) I was calling to advise you on where they could improve; it was just a suggestion, I had no expectations. So, since you're the one who doesn't know how to listen, you can continue using the paper that sticks to the pizza and without toothpicks.
