Fantastic location! I thank The Fork for introducing me to this place; we had a wonderful time. Besides being very large, it's a welcoming space, dominated by majestic star-shaped vaults. The food is excellent; we had the "fritto house" as an appetizer, followed by the "pappardelle di Norcia," which were superb, and for our main course, the "pollo in fiamma viva," a delicious roast boneless chicken thigh. Special praise goes to the organization (you rarely see them like this), and the staff is very professional, attentive, and courteous. The quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory. We'll see you again!

We took 8 pizzas to take away on Tuesday evening, considering that they had cooled down a bit because when brought home they were not bad, good toppings and very kind staff

I've been to this place and I have to say I was truly impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxing evening or dinner with friends. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect dish and make guests feel at home. The menu is varied, with tasty dishes and the freshest ingredients, and the quality is truly excellent. I'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

Ci siamo rivolti a questo ristorante per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia .. accoglienza perfetta da parte di Ruggiero e poi le coccole del cameriere al tavolo Gianni ci hanno fatto sentire davvero speciali .. persona disponibile , attenta , molto esperta ed efficiente , non ci ha fatto mancare nulla . Cibo abbondante e di ottima qualità! Serata tranquilla e piacevole .. consiglio

Un connubio vincente di come si esercita la ristorazione lo potete trovare quì….siamo stati accolti dal bravissimo cameriere Gianni che con la sua esperienza pluridecennale ci ha illustrato il ricco menù e ci ha saputo indirizzare per una scelta vincente, le pizze sono risultate fantastiche ci ritorneremo sicuramente 👏 grazie a tutto lo staff Hause-pizza e grill

05/09/2025: The restaurant is located in a quaint and meticulously maintained setting, with an intimate and refined atmosphere. The menu features traditional dishes from the lower Salento region, such as stuffed eggplant, spaghetti with turnips, municheddhe (land snails), and paparina, as well as an excellent selection of dry-aged meats. All the vegetables and greens used come from the owner's garden, and this truly makes a difference on the palate. In short, Chiostro degli Scolopi is an essential stop for anyone wishing to experience the flavors of Salento's tradition.
04/09/2025: We had dinner two nights ago. Antonio welcomed us into a familiar yet unpretentious atmosphere. The restaurant is housed in a former convent, with outdoor tables overlooking the cloister, but we ended up taking a tour of the interior, which is well worth a visit. The food was simple but high-quality, with great attention to the ingredients; it was tasty and delicious. The service was friendly but never intrusive. Antonio was very cheerful, friendly, and discreet. Highly recommended.

12/07/2025: We waited an hour for just the pizzas, one of which had tomato sauce even though we'd asked for a white crust. They asked if we wanted to have it remade, but fearing we'd have to wait that long, we declined. The pizzas weren't bad after all!
