We wanted to try this pizzeria based on social media, so we decided to give it a try. Let's start with the fried food. The frittatina and fries were good, even the zucchini flowers. The only thing is, I thought they were "empty," but they actually had ricotta, but I'll leave it out. As for the pizzas, I ordered a capricciosa, and I must say I was disappointed by the artichokes, which weren't fresh at all, but the kind you buy in oil at the supermarket. This was a huge disappointment, especially if you claim to be a gourmet. That said, it was a neutral experience; I wouldn't go back.

Residenti a Roma, ma napoletani di nascita e nel cuore (anche per le tradizioni culinarie di famiglia), abbiamo trovato a via Luca Giordano 162, da VESI, una delle migliori paste alla genovese mai assaggiate e una pasta e patate di irraggiungibile livello, in quella che già conoscevamo come un’ottima pizzeria: la stessa che ha inaugurato da poco anche questo servizio di ristorazione all’ora di pranzo. Riteniamo doverosa una segnalazione speciale, per gli amici napoletani ancora all’oscuro della novità!

We stopped for a pizza before going to the theater. We had booked and asked to be served early. They were very kind and punctual. The pizza was truly exceptional (but then there was no doubt about it since we know Vesi's pizza very well). The service was attentive and professional. The interior was simple but well-kept.

Avevo grandi aspettative da Giuseppe Vesi, ma sono rimasto deluso sia dalla pizza, una classica margherita, e dal servizio. La pizza aveva pochissimo olio, quindi piuttosto secca all’arrivo a tavola, e l’impasto poco soffice. Il servizio piuttosto maldestro, con un cameriere che ha rovesciato una coca cola del nostro tavolo (devo dire però subito sostituita) ed un’altra cameriera che, sparecchiando, ha fatto cadere della pizza, rimasta in un piatto, su mio figlio. Può capitare…però una maggiore attenzione non guasterebbe.
