I had dinner at this pizzeria last night. The dough was good, although the pizza ended up being quite heavy for my taste. From a gourmet pizzeria, however, I expect to have a certain type of toppings, more sophisticated and of higher quality.

I've been there twice. The first time was midweek, and the place was packed. I tried the fritto misto and a pizza, and I was satisfied. The pizza was light, well-leavened, and had a great amount of ingredients. The second time, however, I went on a Saturday. I'll start by saying I hadn't booked, but an employee found a place for me anyway. I understand that Saturday nights are chaotic everywhere, but unfortunately, the thing I didn't like the most about the last time was the pizza, which was completely different from the first time—too thin and burnt.
