The selection is wide, from classic to gourmet, with specialty options like the Mare e Monti, which I chose in the seven-grain version, adapted without mozzarella due to an intolerance. The availability of gluten-free dough was also greatly appreciated. The service is courteous, punctual, and professional, always attentive to customer needs. The location, just steps from Trapani's historic center, allows for both indoor and outdoor dining in a refined and well-maintained setting. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, further enhanced by a small final discount that I greatly appreciated. I've been there twice. The first time was midweek, and the place was packed. I tried the fritto misto and a pizza, and I was satisfied. The pizza was light, well-leavened, and had a great amount of ingredients. The second time, however, I went on a Saturday. I'll start by saying I hadn't booked, but an employee found a place for me anyway. I understand that Saturday nights are chaotic everywhere, but unfortunately, the thing I didn't like the most about the last time was the pizza, which was completely different from the first time—too thin and burnt.

High-quality pizzas with gourmet variations

We were excited to enjoy real Sicilian pizza. We ordered the vegetariano, not realizing it was vegan, meaning there was no cheese on it. It was piled mostly with cooked mushrooms, and had very little flavor. It was a big disappointment. We asked for shredded parmigiana to add to it, which the waiter graciously provided, but that also lacked flavor. We hope the restaurant will remember that vegetarians have tastebuds and appreciate flavorful delicious food. This particular pizza was a let down.
