17/11/2024: They cook in a refined way. Excellent flavors and quality Price a little high.. But the quality and quantity are not lacking.. So it's ok.. Too bad the space is a bit small.. I recommend it

31/07/2024: Guys it's scary!!! We tasted a typical appetizer with top quality cured meats, we took a Norcina made to order as the kitchen commands with fresh truffle and pasta made by them, purple tagliatelle with pecorino, bacon and pistachio cream, excellent delicate! Generous portions, prices on line! kind, friendly and easy-going staff with super speed, too bad I can't give the sixth star! If I return to Perugia it will be the first stop I will make! Super recommended
