Both the pizza and the farinata are delicious, and the prices are incredibly fair, unlike anything else in Alba. It's worth noting that in 2026, management was handed over to Corrado's son, Emanuele, and the business is now "Pizza Express 2.0." But the quality remains the same: excellent.

03/01/2026: Pizza, focaccia, and farinata: all excellent, friendly owner, and fast service. Of course, expect lines during busy periods, but it's worth it!
25/10/2025: A wonderful pizza to go! You get the slice in a great cardboard container that fits in your hand, so nothing gets smeared or drips. Slices come in lots of varieties, all delicious. Tastes like vacation in Italy. 😊
