A local told us it was the best pizza in Polignano, and we can't help but agree: fantastic pizza! Very finely kneaded dough, a crunch when cut, and an explosion of flavors when you bite into it. Low key but simply brilliant. Don’t let the simple menu fool you, loved it. Beautiful local service, bruschetta to snack, on the house. The beef in the cabinet was great, so tender and paired with a couple of perfectly light pizzas. Back it.

14/01/2026: Delicious pizza and pasta! Fantastic, incredibly friendly service, Italian atmosphere. The waiter selected wine and a vegetarian version of the pizza and pasta for us, and we chatted about Bari and Italy. Highly recommended!
