Pizzeria slightly hidden in the bushes, also on the map because there is another one nearby.
The pizzas are visually very beautiful, human-sized strips with the right balance between crust and ingredient. There were also trays ready with fried and baked side dishes and main courses for around €6.
I chose to have the lasagna which is always one of the most difficult dishes to find done well.
I found it very good: right amount of salt, decent filling and little oil. The meat was processed well, it was neither dry nor too wet. The dough is soft and can also be cut with a fork (not like some cardboard).
I found the choice to insert the baking paper under the tray very clean and beautiful for the presentation.
I think it's the best lasagna I've eaten, absolutely recommended.
The atmosphere is different from the usual Egyptian pizzerias and similar, full of smells and slightly greasy due to the presence of the kebab that runs 24/7.
Simple and sober, perhaps some extra decoration makes it better.
The gentleman at the counter is perhaps too serious, but in the end you go there to eat.
I'm not from the area, but if I'm near again (and I hope not for the AEr) I would return.
